Sol Picó continues the tour with the new piece, Ditch animal, as a commission of the festival ‘Dansa València’, with 8 dancers and a municipal band of 30 musicians, going deeper into the cultural folklore of Valencia and making a deconstruction of it, through the contemporary vision that characterizes the choreographer. Next stop on June 3rd, at the ‘Mostra de Teatre d’Alcoi’.

After this, Sol Picó will be presenting Kneeling heart, the documentary film that has filmed the renowned director Susana Barranco, where talks about her life as a choreographer, as a woman and as a fighter. On June 7th, in the Sala Berlanga, in Madrid.

And by the end of the month, Sol Picó presents Halab, at the Dance Festival Zagreb, Croatia. In this performance, the choreographer reflects the humanitarian drama that thousands of people live, every day, in the sea. On June 9th, you can enjoy it if you are nearby.
