Dagoll Dagom,
founded in 1974, is a theatrical company with a consolidated artistical
trajectory, that has demonstrated a remarkable capability of scenic
proposals, both in theatre and in audiovisual means: From among its
contributions must be underlined that they have succeeded In March 2000, they made the first representation of Cacao at the Teatre Victòria in Barcelona, with a text of J.LI. Bozzo, based on «La course du rat» (The race of the rat) by G. Lauzier and with music and songs of Santiago Auserón, finishing their representations in May 2001. All along their more than 25 years history, the company has performed more than 4,000 representations, with nearly 2,800,000 spectators, having obtained numerous prizes, from among which are outstanding: Premi de la Crítica al millor espectacle musical de 1992, Premi Nacional de les Arts Escèniques del 1994, Premi dHonor de la fundaciò Jaume I de 1995, Creu de Sant Jordi de la Generalitat de Catalunya 1996 i Premi Max de S.G.A.E. al millor espectacle de 1998 per "Els Pirates" ( The Criticizers Prize to the best musical spectacle of 1992, National Prize of the Scenic Arts of 1994, Honour Prize of the foundation Jaume I of 1995, Saint Jordis Cross of the Generalitat of Catalonia 1996, and Prize Max to the best musical spectable of 1998 for "The Pirates". There are also outstanding the humour series for television: Oh, Europa! (1993), Oh, Espanya! (1996), La Memòria dels Cargols (The Memory of the Snails) (1998), and Psico-Express (Psycho-Express) (2001), emission of which is foreseen within the first half-year of 2002. |
