Tricicle is an atypical theatrical company: In the first place because its only three integrants are for 23 years directing it and directing themselves with the illusion of the first days; second because of being perhaps the only Spanish company with hundred percent self-financing; third because of having been able to change the means – broadcasting, television, writing scripts, theatrical productions, long-play films – with the same fortune and lastly, in the fourth place, because nobody believed (probably not even we did ourselves, however much illusion we had) that a company of street mimes could result in making seasons in the main capitals of the world.
In these 23 years, always within the field of gesture humour, we have created, impersonated and directed three television series, one long-play film and the following theatrical spectacles which have travelled, up to this moment, through 16 countries.

SIT
SIT or the incredible chair-men is a fiction about the history of the chair, its uses and the daily situations in which it is present, from its invention until our days, counted by invented persons called the Chairwood who, at the same time, belong to the saga of the first hominids that used the chair not only to sit down and rest, but also for their first social relations, such as for instance, theatre.

At the same time, it pretends to be a theatrical work where esthetics and functionality of the chair convert it in one actor more.
Tricicle creates a spectacle in which humour is treated from the scenographical and esthetical play, incorporating it to their habitual theatrical work of daily situations where the public sees itself reflected once and again.
