La Baldufa will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026. Three decades devoted to creating innovative, high-quality performing arts productions for all audiences, with special attention to children and family viewers. The anniversary celebrations will begin on 9, 10 and 11 January at the Teatre de la Llotja in Lleida, with performances of Bye Bye Confetti, one of the company’s most beloved shows. This irreverent and playful production features three extravagant, unmistakably original clowns. Throughout 2026, La Baldufa will roll out a series of commemorative actions and activities, to be announced progressively. The aim is not to look back nostalgically, but to share a living celebration and open a new chapter.

Founded in Lleida in 1996, La Baldufa has created more than twenty productions, performed in over thirty countries and recognised with numerous awards, including Spain’s National Award for Performing Arts for Children and Young People in 2020. Their artistic path blends social commitment, creative rigour and a distinctive visual universe rooted in clowning, physical theatre and cross-disciplinary fusion, with a stage language that seeks to move audiences, spark reflection and create spaces of encounter for everyone. Updates on the 30th anniversary celebrations will be shared on the company’s social media channels using the hashtag #Baldufa30anys and on their website www.labaldufateatre.com.
