The Cia. Pepa Plana continues its strong touring schedule this March, bringing its shows to different stages across the territory under a female, poetic, and socially committed perspective to clown language. The first stop will be at the Teatre Comunal in Andorra la Vella (Andorra) on March 4 at 8:30 p.m., where A cada pas, the company’s latest work, will be performed. Later, the show will stop in Vic on Sunday, March 8 at 6:00 p.m., at L’Atlàntida – Centre d’Arts Escèniques d’Osona (Barcelona).
A cada pas is a poetic and absurd journey through the rediscovery of the world. The starting point is a suggestive question: what would have happened if Winnie, the unforgettable protagonist of Samuel Beckett’s Happy Days, had been able to fly away and escape from her sand mound? In this wordless performance, the clown embodies a liberated Winnie, capable of reinventing herself without losing her quirks or her stubborn optimism. The result is a delicate yet irreverent piece, faithful to Pepa Plana’s language, combining humor, fragility, and a deeply human perspective.
In parallel, the company also presents Veus que no veus this March in four civic centers in Barcelona as part of the Barcelona Districte Cultural. The show, which advocates for the presence of women in the world of clowning and the performing arts, continues to connect with new audiences in community-based venues. The Veus que no veus tour will also include a special stop in Guissona, as part of the celebration of Cap Butaca Buida. The performance will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 8:30 p.m. at Teatre Municipal Ateneu in Guissona (Lleida).
