Cascai Teatre maintains a busy schedule throughout September. The company will present Cabaret d’Arrel, which will be performed on 9 September at 8 pm at the Teatre Municipal in Girona. Created within the framework of Mondiacult 2025, the World Conference on Cultural Policies and Sustainable Development, Cabaret d’arrel brings together Cascai Teatre, with La Flama de Farners and several guest artists in a show combining circus, contemporary and traditional dance, puppetry, poetry, visual arts and humour. With more than 40 professionals on stage, the production explores the many sounds of traditional music, respecting its traditional roots while transforming them into a new and vibrant soundtrack.
The company’s programme for the month is completed by several performances of Un Tal Cèsar. The show will be presented on 5 September at the Poliesportiu in Serra de Daró (Girona), at 9 pm. The tour will continue on 20 September at the Sala Polivalent in Sant Julià de Ramis (Girona), at 9 pm, and on 25 September at the Sala Municipal in Corçà (Girona), at 10 pm. The month’s programme will conclude on 29 September at the Palacio Solferino in Albalate del Cinca (Huesca), at 7 pm.
