On occasion of the 3rd Moianès Puppet Festival, the Rocamora Teatre company will perform at Plaça Major in Calders on July 7 at 7:30 pm the show The new clothes. This free adaptation of H. C. Andersen’s tale The Emperor’s New Clothes, have its own content such as the migration, labour exploitation and Fair trade.
On the other hand, at plaça de l’Església in Sant Quirze Safaja, his director, Carles Cañellas, will teach, on July 13, at 7:30 p.m., the workshop ‘Introduction to the string puppet’, and on July 14, at midday, the company will perform the marionette show Soloist with seven funny, poetic, surprising stories, with a common spirit: the verisimilitude of the marionette’s real life.
