The new creation by La Baldufa, a circus show directed by the company doing collective creation with the artists of the Laiaiona duo, Ona Vives and Laia Gómez, has been selected to participate in the FiraTàrrega creation support program. This event will co-produce the proposal and accompany the stage creation process, with support in different ways, including a two-week residence in the capital of Urgell. This initiative will shape and tour the show and includes a rehearsal program open to the public. This production for all audiences will premiere at the Esbaiola’t Festival, in Esterri d’Àneu (Lleida), in July.
The creative process for the new production began last May, which for the first time in the company’s history will be a circus. It will also be the first time that the company will not be on stage, but will be in charge of directing, creating the scenic space and the dramaturgy of the show, leaving the acting part to the Laiaiona duo.
