One of CIATRE’s associated companies, Tricicle, received, on April 17, the 2023 Max Honor Award, in recognition of its extensive professional career of more than 40 years on stage.
The SGAE Foundation, which organizes the Max Awards for Performing Arts, has highlighted “its splendid and prolific career, full of successes, until came to occupy a prominent place in the history of performing arts”. The organization also highlights “its mastery and genius in the art of mime, and for ennobling and elevating both comedy and gestural theater, making millions of viewers around the world laugh”. It’s a prize that has also been awarded to each of the three members, Joan Gràcia, Paco Mir and Carles Sans, for “their great individual career as directors, authors, actors and producers”.
They received the recognition at the 26th edition of the Max Awards gala that took place at the Gran Teatro Falla in Cádiz.
