The Cia. Núria Esquius brings L’Executiva to Sala Golem’s in Barcelona, a tragicomic musical thriller filled with irony and dark humor. The show will run from April 30 to May 4, with performances from Wednesday to Saturday at 7 p.m. and on Sunday at 5 p.m.
L’Executiva follows Sofie Hazzard, a successful executive who, after discovering that the candidates she has recruited have become ruthless corporate monsters, decides to take justice into her own hands. By day, she is a brilliant talent scout. By night, she becomes a hunter.
With a fast-paced and dynamic staging, Núria Esquius performs this solo piece, accompanied on the piano by Jorge Varela. The play raises an unsettling question: where does professional responsibility end and moral responsibility begin?
