The company Lazzigags will perform on Thursday, February 5, 2026 with the multidisciplinary show Jo dic mai més at Cinemes Guiu in La Seu d’Urgell. The performance is part of the cultural program linked to the exhibition Andorra: País d’Acollida, promoted by the City Council of La Seu d’Urgell through Cultura La Seu and the Espai Ermengol – Museu de la Ciutat. Jo dic mai més is a stage production combining theater, video art, and music, created and performed by Ferran Castells and directed by Teresa Devant. The work is based on real testimonies of people who experienced exile during the Spanish Civil War and establishes a direct dialogue with the contemporary realities of refugees, inviting the audience to reflect on the human consequences of armed conflicts and forced displacement.
The performance is part of a cultural and historical memory project that connects the theatrical experience with the narrative of Andorra: País d’Acollida, emphasizing the role of host territories and the need to preserve and transmit the memory of exile. On the same morning, a school performance will be held for students in 4th year of secondary school and 1st year of baccalaureate as part of a specific educational program that uses performing arts to promote critical thinking and awareness of human rights. Produced by Lazzigags Produccions, Jo dic mai més is supported by the Catalan Institute of Cultural Enterprises (ICEC) and the Government of Andorra, and is part of the cultural program Refugiats, which received the first runner-up award in the heritage category of the El Temps de les Arts 2023 prizes.
