This April, Cascai Teatre presents a rich and diverse lineup.
On April 8th and 9th, Un Tal Quijote will premiere at Sala La Fundición in Sevilla as part of the Festival Barroco, with performances at 8 p.m., combining theatre and literature to bring Cervantes’ work closer to contemporary audiences. The show will continue its educational tour with school campaign performances at the Teatre de Salt (Girona) on April 14th, at the Teatre Conservatori in Manresa (Barcelona) on April 15th, at the Teatre Monumental in Mataró (Barcelona) on April 22nd, in Girona (Girona) on April 27th, and finally in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) on April 29th.
On April 11th, the Teatre Municipal Orfeó Canongí in La Canonja (Tarragona) will host the musical L’Orquestra Impossible, a production by Cascai Teatre that promises to surprise audiences with its combination of virtuosity, creativity, and fun. Tickets are available through the official codetickets portal, and the event is scheduled for 8 p.m., offering a unique experience for live music lovers.
In parallel, Un Tal Cèsar will take the story of the Roman emperor to different venues: at the Sala Nova de Sant Jordi Desvalls (Girona) on April 17th at 8 p.m., at the Nau de Cultura de Valldoreix (Barcelona) on April 19th at 7 p.m., in Caldes de Malavella (Girona) on April 23rd, and in Barcelona (Barcelona) on April 24th, with many performances part of the school campaign.
Juguem?, a co-production between Cascai Teatre and Cia. Ninnus, will offer family and school performances at the Auditori de Lleida on April 19th at 10.30 a.m. and 12 p.m., and from April 20th to 24th as part of the school campaign. The tour continues with a special performance at the Centre Cívic de Santa Eulàlia in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) on April 25th during the El Jardí de les Tortugues festival.
